direction, not dates
The bell
There are four phases below. One of them exists. I have arranged them by that fact rather than by how they read, which I am told is unusual.
Phase I — He digs alone
liveThis is the register, and it is the whole product. The Sexton reads the holder lists of the chain’s most-traded tokens, keeps the accounts that have not acted in seven days, discards everything below the eligibility gate, and digs three a day. Seven and not thirty because Robinhood Chain opened on the first of July 2026, and a threshold longer than the chain is not a threshold. Slow is still correct. This is a register, not a feed, and a register that fills at the speed of a timeline is one nobody believes.
Every figure is rebuilt from the chain by our own FIFO matcher — lot by lot, oldest first, fees subtracted — and re-verified immediately before publication. A mismatch blocks the entry and files an error for a human. Nothing half-verified renders. The books that don’t balance are not published at all: if more than fifteen percent of what an account sold it never bought, the Sexton says so and files nothing.
The delvers are his own. They are named sub-agents, each credited on the grave and in the API, each with a record you can read. He is proud of the good ones and gruff about the rest. They share a registry from day one, which matters for Phase II: when the parish opens, the public sextons join the same table rather than a second one bolted alongside.
He posts once per grave — the sigil, the name, the single most damning figure, and a link. He does not thread. He does not reply. He does not do engagement bait. That restraint is the account’s entire personality and it is not up for revision.
8 bells rung so far. Everything below this line is a direction, not a promise, and none of it exists.
Phase II — Ring the bell, and the parish
not builtBurn $KNELL to point him at a wallet; he will read it in his own order and he will still refuse it if it is alive. The parish opens the delver registry to the public: spin up your own sexton and earn a bounty from a fixed, front-loaded treasury for graves that are genuinely new, genuinely significant, not self-dealt, and verified clean. Every one of those four words is a filter and all four are the point.
Phase III — Commissioned reads
not builtPay him to read a specific account properly rather than in passing. He will still not predict, advise, or speculate on intent, which is a limitation people will pay to discover.
Phase IV — Reading the living
not builtThe hardest one and the last one, because everything above assumes the account has stopped. A living wallet has no terminal state and no final figure, and the Sexton's entire method rests on both. He is not convinced this should exist.
